What is covered?
Snowfection's products are warranted for a 1 year period from date of purchase. Should any products, key features or functions fail due to manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace product within the warranty period.
Will Snowfection repair or replace the product?
Snowfection’s first option will be to repair product. If it is not repairable, Snowfection will gladly replace product. Please understand that Snowfection may no longer carry that particular product. We will do everything possible to substitute the product with the closest possible style.
Are rips, tears and colour fading covered under warranty?
Rips, tears and colour fading are not covered under warranty. Even though all our products are manufactured to the highest possible standards, and are well taken care of by the owner, normal wear and tear, as well as unforseen accidents, are not covered under warranty. Snowfection’s warranty does not cover product damaged due to an accident, negligence, misuse, improper care, colour fading and normal wear and tear.
Making a warranty claim
Our team at Snowfection have spent years, testing and creating revolutionary products that are of the highest standard of quality and materials. Proof of purchase must be provided upon the return of the product, before product can be repaired or replaced. General Care
Snowfection only use the highest quality fabrics available. Please note they are not stain resistant. Snowfection advise that a stain repellent be applied on a regular basis to keep garments stain free. Water < 30C, No Wringing, No Dry Cleaning, No Bleach, Drip Dry In Shade, Use Cool Iron.
